Abuse
If you have any questions or concerns, or an abuse report to file, please provide as much information as possible and send it to security {at} yooter.com
Yooter InterActive Marketing, LLC does not technically host the websites that use our name servers, and as such we cannot control the content on those servers. However, we do not tolerate SPAM or illegal activity such as phishing. We will comply with any and all court orders and with authorities.
It is assumed that contacting us is a last resort, for the simple reason that we cannot control the domain name ownership (the domain registrar does), and we cannot control the offending data on the servers (the web host does). This means that even if we were to remove them from our name servers, they would simply need to acquire DNS hosting elsewhere to bring their site back online.
“Turning off” the DNS of a SPAM site or a site that participates in illegal activities is not a long-term solution. Your first step in reporting such abuse should be to contact the offending site’s web hosting provider, followed by the domain name registrar, followed by their DNS provider.
